Account & Data Deletion Request
Chromission members may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This page is publicly accessible in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, the Google Play Data Safety policy, and Apple App Store guidelines.
1. How to Request Deletion
Option A. In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Chromission app
- Go to My Page → Settings → select Delete Account
- Review the confirmation screen and confirm deletion
The in-app account deletion feature will be available at launch. Until then, please use the email method below.
Option B. Request by Email
- Send an email to haghl980813@gmail.com
- Subject: [Chromission] Account Deletion Request

Include the following in the body:
- The login email used when signing up (Google or Apple)
- Reason for deletion (optional, no response required)
After receiving your request, we will verify your identity before processing the deletion and notify you by reply email when complete.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted

| Community activity records such as likes and follows (if applicable) | Permanently deleted immediately upon request |
| Refresh tokens | Permanently deleted immediately (all devices automatically signed out) |
| Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) | Processing ceased immediately; server-held copies discarded |
3. Data Retained for a Certain Period
The following items are retained separately for a set period after account deletion, as required by applicable law.

The above data is handled in a form that cannot identify individual members (or stored separately), and is permanently deleted immediately upon expiration of the retention period.
4. Deleting Only Part of Your Data
You can selectively delete certain data without deleting your account:
- Delete individual photos: You can delete photos one by one from the grid editing screen.
- Delete by grid: You can delete a specific date's grid from My Page → MY POST. (Available at launch)
- Email request: Send a "specific data deletion request" via the email method described in section 1 above, and we will process it after verifying your identity.
5. Processing Timeline
- In-app deletion: Processed immediately (account deactivated). Associated data such as photos is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days in accordance with backup policy.
- Email request: Processed within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

The policy on this page is consistent with the retention and disposal policy in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the two documents, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence.
