Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Donggyu Won (hereinafter "Operator") and members in connection with the use of the mobile application "Chromission" (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Operator.

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)
- The Operator publishes these Terms on the Service's initial screen or a linked screen so that members can easily access them.
- The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- When amending these Terms, the Operator will specify the effective date and reason for the amendment and announce it through in-app notices at least 7 days before the effective date. Where an amendment is disadvantageous to members, the Operator will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and will additionally notify members by email, push notification, or another easily noticeable method.
- If a member continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amendments. A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement.
Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms or disputes over their interpretation shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations or general commercial practices.

-
The Operator may refuse a membership application or subsequently

- The Operator may change certain features of the Service from free to paid (or vice versa) or offer additional services, and will notify members in advance in such cases.
Article 7 (Missions and Photo Content)

- Copyright and other rights in photos taken or uploaded by the member belong to the member or the rightful rights holder. However, with respect to content posted by the member using in-Service sharing features (such as a feed, to be provided in the future), the Operator has a non-exclusive license to use such content for the purposes of operating, displaying, promoting, and improving the Service.
