Marketing Communications Consent
Donggyu Won (hereinafter "Operator") obtains separate consent from members of Chromission (hereinafter "Service") to send marketing communications, in accordance with applicable laws including Article 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. This consent is optional; declining to consent will not restrict access to any core features of the Service.
1. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Operator sends marketing communications solely for the following purposes, and only when a member has given explicit prior consent.
- Events and promotions: Information about seasonal and commemorative missions, prize draws, and limited-time events
- New and updated mission alerts: New categories, brand and local-government collaboration missions, and major feature updates
- Personalized benefits: Mission and content recommendations tailored to the photo moods and interest categories the member has selected
- Satisfaction surveys and feedback collection: Surveys to improve the user experience, and recruitment for beta testing
Mandatory notices such as identity verification, changes to terms or privacy policy, security alerts, and payment/refund information are sent regardless of whether consent has been given.

3. Channels and Frequency
- Channels: App push notifications (primary), email (optional; only when the social account provides an email address), in-app messages
- Frequency: On average 1–4 times per month; frequency may temporarily increase during seasonal events or promotions.
- Send times: In principle, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Sending during nighttime hours (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day) requires separate consent (see section 7 below).
4. Retention and Use Period
- Data is used for marketing purposes until account deletion or withdrawal of consent, whichever comes first.
- Upon withdrawal of consent or account deletion, the member is immediately removed from marketing send lists, and related data (push tokens, marketing email mappings, etc.) is destroyed without delay.
- Send history (de-identified statistics) is retained for up to one year for usage analysis purposes, then destroyed.
5. Right to Refuse and Consequences
Members may freely decline to consent to receiving marketing communications. Declining does not restrict any of the following Service features:
- Account registration and login
- Daily mission assignments and grid creation and saving
- Core features including My Page and MY POST
- Receipt of mandatory notices (changes to terms or policies, security alerts)
However, declining means you will not receive notifications about events, promotions, and other benefits, and may miss opportunities to participate.
6. How to Withdraw Consent
After giving consent, members may withdraw it at any time. Upon withdrawal, they are immediately removed from the send list.
- In-app settings: Go to My Page → Settings → Notification & Marketing Settings to toggle individual channels on or off.
- OS notification settings: Disabling notification permission on your device will block all push notifications.
- Email unsubscribe: Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email for immediate processing.
- Request by email: Send a "marketing consent withdrawal" request to haghl980813@gmail.com and we will process it after verifying your identity.
If you have separately requested it, we will notify you of the withdrawal result by reply email. Even after withdrawal, mandatory notices such as changes to terms may continue to be sent.
7. Nighttime Promotional Messages
Under Article 50, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, sending promotional messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following day requires separate prior consent.
- The Operator currently does not send nighttime promotional messages.
- Should nighttime sending become necessary in the future, a separate consent process will be conducted, and messages will only be sent to members who have given that consent.
