Marketing Communications Consent

Donggyu Won (hereinafter "Operator") obtains separate consent from members of Chromission (hereinafter "Service") to send marketing communications, in accordance with applicable laws including Article 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. This consent is optional; declining to consent will not restrict access to any core features of the Service.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

The Operator sends marketing communications solely for the following purposes, and only when a member has given explicit prior consent.

Mandatory notices such as identity verification, changes to terms or privacy policy, security alerts, and payment/refund information are sent regardless of whether consent has been given.

Members may freely decline to consent to receiving marketing communications. Declining does not restrict any of the following Service features:

However, declining means you will not receive notifications about events, promotions, and other benefits, and may miss opportunities to participate.

6. How to Withdraw Consent

After giving consent, members may withdraw it at any time. Upon withdrawal, they are immediately removed from the send list.

  1. In-app settings: Go to My Page → Settings → Notification & Marketing Settings to toggle individual channels on or off.
  2. OS notification settings: Disabling notification permission on your device will block all push notifications.
  3. Email unsubscribe: Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email for immediate processing.
  4. Request by email: Send a "marketing consent withdrawal" request to haghl980813@gmail.com and we will process it after verifying your identity.

If you have separately requested it, we will notify you of the withdrawal result by reply email. Even after withdrawal, mandatory notices such as changes to terms may continue to be sent.

7. Nighttime Promotional Messages

Under Article 50, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, sending promotional messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following day requires separate prior consent.

The policy on this page is consistent with the marketing-related provisions of the Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the two documents, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence.
